What if I can't find my Record ID?
Your Record ID is provided by the school administration. If you've lost it, contact the school
office with your student ID and full name. The format is:
AMC-XXXXXXXXXX-XX.
Why is my result not showing after entering correct details?
This could be because: (1) The result hasn't been uploaded yet, (2) You've entered the wrong
session/term combination, (3) There's a mismatch in your Student ID format, or (4) The result
is still being processed. Contact the school if the issue persists.
Can I access results from previous sessions?
Yes! Click "View Available Results" to see all published results. For older results not
listed there, use the "Older Result Portal" button inside the panel.
What should I do if the PDF doesn't load properly?
Try: (1) Checking your internet connection, (2) Refreshing the page, (3) Opening on a
different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended on mobile), (4) Contact the school if the
PDF appears corrupted.
Is my data secure on this portal?
Yes. We use secure connections and your data is protected. Never share your Record ID with
anyone — it provides access to your academic records. The school will never ask for it via
email or phone.
How long are results kept in the system?
The last 3 academic sessions are available here. Older records are accessible through the
Older Result Portal. For records beyond 5 years, contact school administration directly.
